Age
Katujahti is intended for users aged 13 or older and is not designed for children under 13. If the law where a 13-17-year-old lives requires parental authorisation for account or community features, those features may only be used after the required authorisation has been obtained.
Use and safety
Katujahti is a walking/street-exploration game, not a navigation, emergency, health or safety service. Follow traffic rules, access restrictions, private-property rules and applicable law. Map/street data can contain errors or delays, and you remain responsible for assessing your surroundings and route safety.
Account and online features
An account is optional for local core use and is used for optional online features. You can delete it in the app. See account deletion.
User content and community rules
User content is intentionally limited, for example nicknames, group/display names and optional report text. There is no open chat, private messaging or photo/video posting. When you save content visible to others, you agree to the Community Guidelines. You retain your rights to your content while granting Radiant Bytes Oy the limited rights needed to store, display, technically process and moderate it for Katujahti.
Prohibited use and moderation
Do not use Katujahti for unlawful activity, harassment, impersonation, security circumvention, unauthorised automation or distribution of prohibited user content. Rule-breaking content may be renamed/removed and online features can be restricted. Moderation does not remove your right to delete cloud data or your account.
Intellectual property, availability and liability
Copyright in Katujahti's own application/site content belongs to Radiant Bytes Oy or separately identified rights holders. Map/street datasets remain subject to their own licences and attributions. The service can have maintenance or temporary interruptions. Nothing in these terms excludes mandatory consumer rights or liability that cannot legally be excluded.
